2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

2.1 Users must provide accurate information when registering an account. 2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2.3 Any activity performed under your account is deemed authorised by you.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. 3.2 Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Hosting malware, phishing content, or harmful code.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Hosting content that violates applicable laws or regulations. 3.3 Okel Dijital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

4. Service Availability

4.1 Okel Dijital aims to provide high-availability services but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. 4.2 Planned maintenance may result in temporary interruptions. 4.3 Okel Dijital is not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, cyber incidents, or events outside reasonable control.

5. Payments & Billing

5.1 All fees for paid Services are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. 5.2 Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of your Services. 5.3 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

6. Data & Backups

6.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. 6.2 While Okel Dijital may offer optional backup solutions, no guarantee is made regarding data integrity, recovery, or availability.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All Okel Dijital trademarks, branding, and platform elements remain the exclusive property of Okel Dijital. 7.2 You retain ownership of the content you host but grant us a licence to store and deliver it as required to provide Services.

8. Security

8.1 Users must ensure their use of the Services does not introduce security risks. 8.2 Okel Dijital may take immediate corrective action—including suspension—if your account compromises system security.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Okel Dijital is not liable for:

• Loss of data;
• Loss of revenue or profits;
• Service interruptions;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 9.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected Service during the previous billing cycle.

10. Termination

10.1 You may terminate your account at any time via the client portal. 10.2 Okel Dijital may suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. 10.3 Upon termination, all data associated with the account may be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

Okel Dijital may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
